A Loxahatchee Groves man is facing a charge of lewd and lascivious conduct in a 2014 case involving a 5-year-old girl, according to an arrest report.

Cody Linsinbigler is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

The arrest report, which is heavily redacted, does not identify the girl’s relationship to Linsinbigler, but indicates the girl lived in Monroe County when the incident took place.
In a September 2015 interview with an investigator, the girl said that Linsinbigler had instructed her to act inappropriately.
A 6-year-old child, whose relationship to the 5-year-old is redacted, told investigators that Linsinbigler “made” the younger child touch him inappropriately.
“But she didn’t want to do it,” the girl said. “She thought it was disgusting.”
The children were referred to counseling with a therapist who specializes in sexual abuse, the report said.
Records show that Linsinbigler, 28, has been arrested 19 times in Palm Beach County, including a May 2015 arrest in which he allegedly violated a restraining order by calling a former girlfriend, then made a phony 911 call in which he stated an armed man was at the woman’s residence.
