Authorities have accused a 19-year-old Greenacres man with having sex with a 14-year-old girl last month.
Moises Gonzalez-Visoso was arrested Thursday on charges of lewd battery on a minor, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said. He is being held on $100,000 bond, and has no previous charges in Palm Beach County, according to court records.
The victim was reported missing by her mother May 28, according to a probable-cause affidavit made public Friday. She was found apparently intoxicated in front of her apartment complex, with her clothing disheveled and her eyeglasses missing.
She had sneaked out of her house the night before to see Gonzalez-Visoso, who took her back to his Greenacres residence for a party, the affidavit said.
The affidavit said the victim voluntarily consumed several shots of vodka, and later had sex with Gonzalez-Visoso. He woke her up after she fell asleep by throwing water on her face and telling her she had to leave. She was driven back to her apartment and then taken by ambulance to Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee.
The victim admitted to police that she had met Gonzalez-Visoso while in high school, and that she had engaged in consensual sexual activity with him before, according to the affidavit.
