A Lake Park man was arrested Thursday by Martin County Sheriff’s deputies during an undercover narcotics investigation.
Deputies arrested Gary Parson, 24, after he allegedly sold capsules containing 3.9 grams of heroin during the undercover operation. He is facing charges of heroin possession and sale of heroin within 1,000 feet of a park.
Parson was being at the Martin County Jail Friday night in lieu of $108,250 bail.
